There is no basic qualification required before taking the personal trainer certification. The final test is based upon the course material that is provided within the fee of $99.99.
What is the exam like?
The exam is based upon the courseware that is provided along with the certification. If you have gone through the courseware properly you should not have a problem clearing the exam. The exam consists of multiple choice questions from all chapters of the courseware.
What does the courseware include?
The indepth courseware includes information and over 120 animated illustrations on running your personal trainer business, fitness theory, prescribing exercise programs, exercise techniques, nutrition, weight loss theory, weight loss exercises, sports injuries, first aid & CPR apart from several other important topics. This course is more than sufficient to kickstart your career as a personal trainer.
What happens if I fail the exam?
Incase you fail the exam, you can buy a retake for $10.
Is there a renewal fee?
